| Message: | My father, Raj Paul Behl is from Mianwali. He did his matriculation in Mianwali and then studied at FC College, Lahore. This, of course was pre-partition. His mother, my grandmother, Lajwanti Behl told me hundreds of stories about Mianwali before her death. My grandfather built his house not far from the railway station and the street at that that time was named after him. If any one has any memories of my grandparents or some photos of the general location where they lived, I will greatly appreciate it. I would like to share the stories/pictures, if any, with my father. Inshallah, he will be able to briefly visit his birthplace at some point. |
