Subject: | My Father from Mianwali |
Message: | Hello Every One, I live in Australia and my ancestry is from Distt. Mianwali. I do not have any story to tell. I do not know how it was in Mianwali. But I do remember that my father who was born there was very fond of water melon. I was born in Burma. My father went there to work. After 1964, we came to Delhi, India. My mother used to say that it was second migration for us. In 1984 when Delhi was burning, my mother would say that it reminded her of partition. Hope things get settled for all of us and we all live in harmony, peace and with mutual respect. Kind Regards, Kishore Bardeja, 42 Wakley Crescent, Wantirna South, Victoria - 3152. AUSTRALIA.
